Daily Green Tip

Ditch the dryer sheets

Dryer sheets may seem small, but over the course of a year all those static-eliminating sheets add up. Here's a different approach to reduce waste and save some money. Take a washcloth and squirt about two tablespoons of liquid fabric softener on it and let it dry. Throw the dry cloth in with a load of clothes to be dried, and you'll see the same results as those single-use sheets. Each squirt will last for about five loads. -Courtesy CoolPeopleCare.org
